I need help with Jira service desk and Insight.
I need to take attribute from object and put that attribute into assignee in Jira service desk issue. I did try with insight post function but it doesn't work.
Here is picture how does object look like into Insight:
It doesn't work because your Owner attribute is an Object, but the Assignee field expects a User. If Owner were a User type attribute then it would be possible to use its value to set the Assignee field on an issue using the post function.
