Auto populate insight custom field based on Reporter

Hii

I have an insight custom field (customer) and have some attributes. The main attribute is "customer company" and another attribute (owner) is type User (that read from active directory). Now in JSD when a user create issue i want to auto populate insight custom field (customer) based on reporter.

For example:

ObjectType = TPP

insight custom field = customer

attribute 1 = customer company

attribute 2 (user type) = owner (read from active directory)

when reporter in portal make an issue, my name as reporter automatically put in customer (insight custom field)

Please give me a good suggestion
