Autocreate issues

Hello everyone,

I have no experience in developing Jira Service desk, but need to do this: auto create issues based on conditions when in for example other system (HR requirement, SharePoint, etc.) are true. For example when in our HRM system ne employee is registered I want in service desk to create an issue for new PC.

Please advice me, what software to use, hat documentation to read, what service to use in one word how to start?

Thanks in advance

You could use Jira Service Desk Rest Api to create requests. You can find more info here:

Hi Alexey,

Can you please help with an advice: why is Unexpected '<' occurred each time I send a request?

I use this documentation because of our JIRA version https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/7.6.1/#api/2/application-properties-getProperty

I use  ourdomain.com/rest/api/2//mypermissions for example

Should I use other URL?I thought as in Ourdoman.com are several projects and only one of them is service desk project maybe I write something wrong?

Thanks in advance
