Instead of links at View request and Turn off this Request's notification i need buttons like below.
Please let me know how to get it
Regards,
Chethan
Hi Chethan,
This issue is related to the outgoing email format.
Please, go to System > Default user preferences and check if the email format is set as text. If so, change to HTML.
Another setting that may cause this is the HTML email parsing. Go to Applications > Email requests > HTML email parsing.
Also, on your profile settings, check if the "Email type" is set as HTML.
Regards,
Angélica
Thanks for the response.
I've made the changes and it's working fine.

Chethan

Currently, this option is not available, we have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
The workaround, for now, is to edit the Issue created notification and add the working hours, so when the customer receives the notification they will know that they may not have an answer on the same day.
