I am running Jira Service Desk 3.11 on Jira Software 7.8.1 and want to create a new Jira Service Desk Automation rule. I want to do exactly this:
Except, when I go to my THEN statement, I do not have the Create Issue option. Could somebody advise why this is the case?

As far as I know, this is a Cloud only feature at the moment.
So if you're running JIRA Service Desk on a server, this option isn't available yet.
Any idea when this will be available for Server?

I'm afraid we'll have to wait a few more years before this is released for server :(
