Hello,

I am using Scriptrunner Behaviours to hide a field in the Service Desk customer portal. At first I was doing it by the group of the user but then I changed it to the role of the user and it stopped working.
Since it is a service desk project I was wondering if roles might not work in the portal since, officially everyone is a customer.

 

Any tips? Should this work?
