Can Agents make thier own Queues?

Hi Experts

 

I can see only Admins have the option to create different queues - tickets views, is there any possibility Agents can create Queues of their own and is not visible to others?

Hello,

Only admins can create queues. It means that, if you want an agent to create a queue, the agent must be a project admin.

Project Admins can also create queues if you don't want to give full admin rights

Hello @Jyoti Verma 

As for Jira Service desk roles are concerned Agents cannot create there own queues. Only Agents with with Admin privileges can create the queues.
