Can two separate JIRA instance share one common JIRA Service Desk instance?

Dear All,

My question is: 

Is it possible to have two separate instances go JIRA running in two different offices share and connect to a common JIRA Service Desk instance?

All these will be JIRA cloud instances.

Please advise

No, that's not how this works.

Service Desk is a plugin that is installed within an existing Jira.
