we have a Problem with our Service Desk. Customer's can't see their requests anymore. In the top right they can see the amount of issues they should be able to see
When i now click on the "Requests" there is always an empty list. With the text "No Requests found..." whatever filter i select. This seems to appear for all our customers (tested with three).
We didn't change anything on the workflow or the permissions and it was working great for months now. The Requests are accessible with the direct URL.
Does anyone have similiar issues or has an idea what i have to change that this is going to work again?
