Hi,

I have a Jira Service Desk instance with a database custom field. This database custom field has four database child custom fields. In these fields I have categorized the most important client information. Now, I am interested in use this information in my EazyBI in order to know the time spent in each client.

is it possible to use Database Custom Fields in EazyBI? I can't see these fields in my source data.

Well, I finally did it!

If anyone has the same problem, you can add more custom fields with the advanced settings documentation.

Hi Francesc,

Well Done!

Indeed, you could try defining custom fields via eazyBI advanced settings if they are not listed automatically in eazyBI import settings.

Best regards,
