Date picker field in portal have changed

We use a data picker field in our portal, it used to look like this:

But now it look like this:

How can I fix it?

When entering it from Jira  it looks the same way as it always has.

Look at the log files as well, for messages, provide with your support request.

As you're using the DC version, have you upgraded JSM or any app that you might be using within the JSM product?

If so, can you share which version you are/were using?

On cloud, it's, let's say, common that some changes have been rolled out by Atlassian. But on DC, it's required to update the version of products and apps for UI to be changed (in most cases).

As Marc mentioned, it might be best to try to reach out to Atlassian Support for this 👀

I've tried checking official release notes, but didn't manage to find anything related to this UI change.
