Details and tasks in JSD tickets

I have a working Jira work flow that sends tickets to users who have tasks, the email is the standard email template, is there away I can add the tasks that they need to do?

For example a new hire request has been submitted, IT, HR have separate tasks that need to be accomplish currently the email goes to each group and says there is a new hire request, ticket number blah.. blah… I want to be able to list the tasks for these groups in the ticket so they do not have to login to Jira to see the tasks. I also need for them to be able to reply the Jira system with completed in the subject line or body with completed and that closes the ticket… Is this possible with JSD?

I'm also looking for a way to have upper management approve request via email or link without having to login into JSD. An email with an approval button would be ideal.
