Hi guys,
Is it possible to change the display name for the following in the cloud Servicedesk portal as I am currently setting up JIRA for a medical industry client,
1. Assignee to Agent
2. Reporter to Customer or Adviser
3. Request Participants to Insurance Provider
4. Reply to customer to Reply to customer or adviser
Just the display name on the screen, no changes in the functionality.

They are not configurable. You would have to crack open the code.
