I would like to know if it’s possible, for a Jira Software project, to set up the ability to send an email to a certain email address and have it create a ticket specifically for that project. Like it works for Desktop support or App Support Service desk projects. I see that they do not give the same options in the project settings that service desk has.

I know that there are a few addons specific to this purpose, including the Outlook for JIRA addon, but no native functionality for an email channel.
Personally, I am using the Zapier 3rd party tool to integrate email and survey monkey surveys with new project issues.

I have already have a POP account, can I used the same account and add a new JIRA Mail handler to a different project?
Or do I need to create a new POP account for any new project?
Please advice.
