Error installing plugin

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Insight - Asset Management plugin on my Jira Service Desk server without success. I contacted the plugin vendor but they said it must be an issue with my Jira instance.

What happens is that the installation finishes with this message "This add-on might be functional, but one or more modules is missing dependencies. Features and functionality may be limited". Then, when I try to enable the plugin it fails with the message "This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information". Looking at the atlassian-jira.log I can see all sorts of errors.

I've tried uninstalling and installing the plugin several times but I can't get it to work..

Problem solved. I had to install a previous version of the plugin and upgrade from there.
