Maybe someone knows a possible solution/workaround?
Usecase:
Jira Service desk used for many customers (a few hundred). Projects are based on products/services. Customers are separated into organisations. Any organisation can have several customer accounts on JSD. One (or more) of those customers is a representative of the organisation. The representative should see all of his organisation member requests, but other members should not see his requests. The representative should get only the most important (if any) notifications of other member requests (ex. create, resolve).
Also, the representative is defined in a custom field.
Is there any solution (with or without plugins) to set up such "representatives" with the privilege to see his organisation members requests and have unique notifications?
We found a solution to set a "representative" custom field for each customer request (ex. Tom, Joe and Amie are from one organisation. Tom is a representative. When Joe or Amie creates a request, the "representative" custom field is set with value Tom).
But how to set up permissions so that the representative would be able to see other members requests and have different notifications? (the same example: Tom can see Joes and Amies requests, get notifications when they create a request. But Joe and Amie can't see Toms requests)
