Filter attachments based on minimum size

Hi,

We currently struggle with emails that have signatures with embedded images in them. As each image gets added to an issue as attachment every time someone with that signature is present in a mail thread regardless if the image was already uploaded 1 or 7 times.

This causes huge attachment lists in some issues of 100-200 files with 0.2 - 10KB size at most.

Now, I know there are ways to filter out attachements by using some AddOns, and we even use one (Email This Issue) but im looking for a easier and more broader way to filter.

Thats why I'm asking if its possible to filter out attachments based on the min. size they have to have.
So ideally I would just be able to create a filter and tell JIRA to drop all attachements that are smaller than 50KB. So every embedded image in a signature will most likely get filtered out, but screenshots will still be able to be added to the issue.
