Full Page Google Sheets/PDF Attachment View

Instead of downloading the Google Sheet/PDF attachment, I want to view the full attachment in Jira. Currently, I have to download the Google sheet file and open it in Excel to be able to view the whole sheet. However if I preview it in Jira, I only see about 50% of sheets and parts of a PDF.

Hey there, welcome to the Community!

I'd like to understand a little more about what you're seeing with attachments in Jira. Can you help me hone in on your experience by answering a couple questions?

1. Are you working in Jira Cloud (example: yoursite.atlassian.net) or Jira Server (example: jira.yourdomain.com)? If Server, what version? The version number is shown at the very bottom of most pages in Jira Server.
2. What file extension do these attachments have? (ex:   .xls .  .pdf   .xlsx   etc)
3. Are you able to provide a screenshot of how you see these attachments in Jira? I understand this last request might not be possible given confidential/private information. But seeing what you're describing will help me understand the experience you're getting.

For context, I've attached a 70 page PDF to both Jira Cloud and Jira 8.5 and was able to scroll through the document in its entirety within the Jira preview. The above questions will help me recreate what you're seeing with the attachments you have.
