I have a massive incident and I would like to group the tickets in only one ticket. So I can work the incident from a single ticket. How it can be done in other ITSM tools

You can mark one of those incidents as a major incident and update only that one.

I don't see the major incident option.
Is it possible that it is not in the cloud version? I have the standard version. I dont see this option in: project settings/issue types/fields/select fields.
