We upgraded Jira Service Management to 4.20.11 version and saw a option under issue's comment. This a select list about canned response. But I can't find to configure place. Previously we used canned response and configure but we didn't have select list.
Where can I configure default option or add new options?

It was resolve with Scriptrunner Configurations.

Administration Settings > Manage Apps > Scriptrunner > Browse > Service Desk Template Comments (You should set Disable)
