How can I create a search queue in Jira Service Desk where I can enter and search on random Labels

Hello,

Whenever I get a request in my Jira Service Desk, I would like to know if this issue ever occured again and what the solution was at that time.

In order to obtain this, I would like to create a search queue where I can enter 1 or more Labels and that I would see then all the issues which contain this or these Labels.

How could I make such a search queue or is there another way how I can see if a new request/ issue might be related to another issue?

Regards,

Peter

I may not be following you precisely but you can certainly create a query based upon labels. It is unclear to me how you will use labels for this exactly and that understanding might influence my answer. That said...

if you don’t have too many labels you could create a dashboard with a pie chart by labels and it would illustrate a count of the times the label appears. Clicking on a slice would take you to the list of issues representing that slice. This becomes unwieldy if you have too many labels.

if you want to run a onetime query of a label you can do the following

project = abc and labels in  (“xxxxxxxx”, “yyyyyy”, “zzzzzz”)
