Currently im implementing JIRA Service Desk 3.1.9 and I have created one category for email ticket channel.
However, customers see this "mail ticket" category on the Customer portal.
How can I hide it?
I was trying javascripting it to hide but it didn't work.
I also thought about modifying SD java classes and recompiling to exclude this category.
I will appreciate help and ideas

Some digging and found a way to hide cat by editing SD's template.
Fortunately, in Service Desk 3.3 it's out of the box
