we need canned response and template repository functionality, so when the agent wants to respond to the customer they can select from a list of template responses and a list of template documents. But also have the ability to edit the canned response and add additional documents that may not be in the repository.
Canned Response:
Hello,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Repository of Doccuments :
Document1,
Document2...
How can we achieve this functionality
Thanks,
Hello Rajkumar,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, Jira doesn't have such functionality. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
As a workaround, there is an add-on called Canned Responses Pro for Jira that may help you. You can test it first and check if it works for you.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica,
Thanks for your response!
Does this Canned Responses Pro for Jira help me have the repository of documents attached in the response template.
Thanks,
Raj

Hi Rajkumar,
I don't think they offer that, as per I could see on the page they have macros and templates only.

Angélica

H,, canned response is higky extreme expensive. I jsut wanna use it for 10 agents but its pricing model for 5000 users . Not make sense to buy it to use .
Jıra should add a feature as freely for canned response tool
