How do I get a value from a user's custom field

Hi!

What I want to do is assign users to JSD-groups depending on what 'Location' (custom field populated from Active Directory Attributes sync addon) they belong to.

Problem is I can't figure out how to get the value of the custom fields that belongs to a user(s).

it is a attribute that is synced from AD via "ACTIVE DIRECTORY ATTRIBUTES SYNC" to a custom field with the name "Location" in Jira.

I have found a way to do this. I'm using Scriptrunner app and I found out AD-sync has a manager for Scriptrunner that lets me get the fields.
