×So I am looking to all the possible way to switch to NextGen asap,
But Service desk Next Gen seems not to have the capacity to set "resolved" on task once they are in status Done ( not even with transaction rules)
And honestly means we are not able to use it, as Resolution is one of the key metrics measured across all the other projects.
Anyone know how to fix it ?
OR how to measure the time of a task moved to status done? without resolution date?

Currently, it's not possible to add resolution on next-gen projects. Next-gen for Jira Service Desk was introduced recently, so there are many features that were not implemented yet. Based on your question, I created a feature request:
