We have a number of notifications that have extra blank lines that appear in the email of the notification. I am trying to determine the cause of the extra blank lines; the blank lines in excess of the blank lines that we built in to the notifications. Have you had similar issues? How did you resolve?
Check JSD notification templates. There might be some hidden fields or other data which causes blank lines to appear.
Thanks for your reply. I figured out that the users were sending Canned Responses that included inserted blank lines. They should have been using the tools to insert a blank line.
