How to activate "Share Comment With Customer" button ?

In service desk projects, we cant use "share with customer" button.
Every comment is coming in internal. Then we need to edit, after edit "share with customer" button comes. But this is not the true way.

When I check service desk modules, every module looks enable.
How can I fix this problem, how this button comes in default?

 Make sure "service-desk-comment-field" is not disabled in the JSD addon/module.

 

  • Log into to Jira as a System Administrator
  • Click the Administration Cog, and go to Add-Ons
  • Select Manage add-ons from the left-hand menu.
  • Locate your Jira Service Management Add-On and expand this item to see further details.
  • Identify the "service-desk-comment-field" and enable it.

Hi Albert,


"service-desk-comment-field" already enable.  I even disabled it and then tried to enable it again. But still continue this problem.

I can add comment internally. After that, If I press edit then the button comes up
