Hi community,
Did you know if there are any way in JSM to add a satisfaction survey in the Jira portal? Our client don't want to use mail notifications and want to add the survey in the customer portal on close the issue.
I tried to search some plugins but I don't see that functionality either.

my biggest issue with this app, which we are demoing, is that the email that get's sent to the customer is a generic email and is not customizable, do you have any solution for that?
