I'm trying to create new group for my service desk members and new groups for my customer that I will assign to my ServiceDesk
But I'm unable to assign these group, each time JSD told me "No Match"

Issue is now solved. Yesterday I was unable to find my brand new created groups and today I can see them....
Maybe there is a nightly tasks ? Or by doing the "re-index" ....
But now I'm able to assign my groups and my users ...

Can you provide more details where you can see the message? Please note group name is case-sensitive
