I have a customer Jon Doe, who belongs to Organization A and Organization B. On creating a ticket at customer portal, he only gets option to share either with Org A or Org B, but not both.
I also created 2 post functions where I tried to add both organizations on create transition, but only 1 is getting added (which is placed above the other post function on workflow window).
Can someone please help me in this.

Thanks so much for your question.
Out of the box in Jira service desk server can only share a ticket with one organization at the time of creation. After the ticket is created you can share with multiple organizations.
