How to disable Sign Up pop-up for logged in user?

Hi everyone,

We want to disable this pop-up for everyone. It shows this pop-up when a user logs in. Is it possible?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

As jira administrator, please, perform the following steps :

1.  Go to Administrator > General Configuration > Advanced Settings 
2. Hover over the current value and click to edit.
3. Set -1 value for the jira.newsletter.tip.delay.days
