How to force the sharing to "Private request" when creating a customer ticket with Scriptrunner

Hello,

I've to keep the JSM option "Yes, new requests should be shared with the whole organization" for Issue created by API but I do not want to have an Organization selected by default when creating Issue from the Portal.

To summarize, I want to set "Private request" even if the reporter belong to one Organization when creating a ticket from portal.

I tried with Scriptrunner Fragment "Create a custom web section" with the "Panel: location:servicedesk.portal.subheader" location but to be honest I don't know what to add in the Javascript.
