How to hide a custom field based on another select list value?

I have a use case.

I have two custom fields.

1. Is the plan detailed enough? (Select list values Yes/No)

2. Reason for No (Text field)

If yes is selected in the first custom field then the second fields needs to be hidden.

If you are using Scriptrunner, then "Behaviours" can do the trick.
