How to hide no description on the customer portal?

How to hide no description on the customer portal, as we haven't provided any description to request types, and on the portal under recent tab the request types appear with No Description. Is there a way to hide that

Hey @Chethan GR 

You should be able to leave the description of your request type as blank. Your portal should show your request type only. However, for the "Recent" tab on your help center, I'm afraid it's not possible to hide that out of the box. There is an open bug with Atlassian where you can add yourself as a watcher to receive updates moving forward.
