In Service desk customer portal , currently we are displaying an option such as "Did this article help" Yes or No .
With this option getting displayed in right side of the page , the actual frame content is getting narrowed.
Can anyone please let me know how to remove this question from appearing , basically dont want to show this option "Did this article help" ? Yes/No

Currently, it's not possible to remove or hide the "Did this article help?" option. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
