How to use Post-function to transition an issue when linked project is Closed

I have a situation when I have a project and some linked issues (epics, task, etc.), and a couple of these linked issues have a status done but not each.

And now I need to make some Post function which let me change the status an linked issue that has a status other than done when I make the transition on project-> done

There isn't a status of a project close. It either be active or archived. What's available on the post-function is what is listed there when you are configuring post-function. If you want to do something base off of changes from another ticket. Then you need to look at out of the box options. If there is additional functionality needed, you'll need an add-on like JWT, JWME, or scriptRunner.
