When responding to clients, we find ourselves typing similar phrases over and over and would like to implement a macro tool. Any suggestions? We are in the cloud and link to JIRA Development.
If you are on server there is the ability to use “canned responses”, see documentation here - editing-and-collaborating-on-issues. I thought this was also in Cloud but didn’t immediately find it in my instance. There is also an addon for this - canned-responses-pro-for-jira
