I can't install latest version Jira Service Management 5.9.1

Sergio Ramirez Pardo July 6, 2023

Hi, community.

During the installation process of Jira Service Management, it indicates a WARNING with fontconfig
After confirming, it installs me
fontconfig
and the dependencies:
dejavu-fonts-common
dejavu-sans-fonts
fontpackages-filesystem

I relaunch the installation but it persists with the error

WARNING: Please make sure fontconfig is installed in your Linux distribution for Jira installation.
Visit KB article for more information. https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/PRCEOQ
Could not spread archive. aborting.

In said article he informs me how I should install the fontconfig, which I already have installed.

Would you know how to get out of this message and continue the installation?

By the way I am installing it on OracleLinux 8.8.

I have found the reason why the installation does not continue and that I started from a minimal installation of Linux and needed the "tar" to uncompress the file.
