I need to add a filed in the customer portal and when one option is selected allow another field

I need to add the field "Priority" in the customer portal and if the customer select "Bloker"    I need to allow another requiered field called "Justification". How can I do it? Is it possible to do using Scriptrunner?

I think it's possible with ScriptRunner, but i don't know if Custom Field based in Script Runner will can use on Customer Portal. However, the plugin called Dynamic Forms (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210820/dynamic-forms-for-jira)  for Jira will help you. There is the plugin ProForma: Forms & Checklist for Jira, too. But, I never used it.
