Import custom field values from API REST with/without Scriptrunner

Hello,

I have a Jira server instance and an Jira Service Desk instance, now i want to get somehow in my Jira Service Desk some text information from a custom field into Jira Service desk, still, in a custom field, how can this be achieved?

I have read it may be possible with the help of Scriptrunner - but I'm completely lost here, any help, guidance will be awesome.
