Import time to first response error format

I want to import a ticket via External System Import Jira service desk with a CSV file.

The date format : dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm

In my CSV file, Time to first response value is 04:00 and Time to resolution is 08:00, the ticket imported but came with 2 warnings;

  • Cannot add value [08:00] to CustomField Time to resolution in Issue with summary 'test'. Probably value was in incorrect format
  • Cannot add value [04:00] to CustomField Time to first response in Issue with summary 'test'. Probably value was in incorrect format

yet, the created ticket SLA = No SLA set for this issue

How to fix this? what kind of format hour/date should I use for time to first response?
