Importing data from ARP tables

At this point, we manually update our CMDB with CSV files with data from our ARP tables (ie what devices are connected and have an IP).  Is there a way to directly connect to our servers to pull data on a regular schedule and skip the export/import from CSV?  We are new to Jira and we host Jira on our own data center.

I am assuming that you are importing your assets into Insight, and if so then you should take a look at Insight Discovery which is an agent-less network scanner.
