Insight - Filter Issue Scope (IQL) only works in Jira

I have 2 Insight object/s custom fields. First field has objects selected and I want user to only be able to select these objects in the second field. I added this filter:

Works fine in Jira:

Doesn't work on customer portal:

I'm using Workflow Actions plugin (Actions for Jira Service Management) to display transition screen on portal.

Hi @Gleb Kartashov ,

Is insight enabled for customers? In the schema permission it should be an option to allow customers to interact with custom fields

I would try to re-index Insight. If not working a instance re-index.

If you are on DC, try in a different node in case is a replication issue.

Otherwise, I would suggest to report it to Atlassian.

As a workaround, you can create a group and add it with all your customers and then to the users group for Insight. Please note customers will have a bit more access than usual, so better test it to know all drawbacks
