Is it possible to change the satisfaction confirmation page?

Hey community,

I would like to tweak the Satisfaction Confirmation page you are directed to when you click the stars in the Resolve notification in JSD

Is this possible? There is no configuration UI for it so I guess I need to dive into the velocity or soy templates defining this page.

Any ideas where to look?

Currently, it's not possible to edit the confirmation text for the satisfaction survey. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

thnx for your response! I have voted for the feature request now.

If I want to customize this already now, Do you know if this is possible? I guess there are some templates controlling this somewhere, but are they accessible on disk? Can I update these or are they baked into the application jar-files

It's not possible to modify this information since it was created by the system, so we must wait for the feature request to be implemented.
For now, you can use an add-on to customize the surveys, here are some examples:
- Customer Satisfaction Survey for Jira
- Ovyka Satisfaction for Jira
- Surveys for Service Desk
- NPS Survey for Jira and Service Desk
