Is it possible to tag organizations with custom fields?

Would it be possible to add custom field to an organization?

I'd like to be able to add an "SLA Package" field to each org and then set my SLA rules to do something different depending on the value of this.

Hello,

You can add a custom field to Jira but you would need to implement the logic yourself with an add-on like Adaptivist ScriptRunner, Power Scripts etc.
