I have an automation that I'm having an issue with. For the last step, I am trying to transition the issue to a status. I see this error in the audit log:
Destination status could not be resolved. If using a smart-value ensure this resolves to a numeric status ID or untranslated name for issues (with current status).
But when I go back to look at that step, I don't see a place to specify a numeric status ID. There's just a dropdown that allows me to select the status. I must be missing something but can't figure out what! Any help would be appreciated.

There are a few possible issues I can think of:
1. The person initiating the transition does not have permissions to do so. For this, you can change the actor in the automation to an account that has permissions.
2. There is no valid transition between the two statuses. Check the workflow that is being used for that issuetype/project and make sure that a transition exists between the two states.
