I would like to ask if I can send requests by email from any account of a specific email domain, without having to add the account as jira customer, as long as this account has a specific domain.
The case is that I have some accounts of a specific domain that are added as customers and can create ticket when sending email request. But, if the account of the same domain is not added as a customer, when they send email request the tickets is not created and the mail log mentions either
'Sorry, self-signup is disabled for this help center. You need to be invited first.'
or
'You don't have permission to access this service project.'
Here are my settings :
1. Customer Access
2. Project Permissions
3. Customer Permissions
Thank you in advance,
