JIRA Service Desk - Email Request Event

Hi all,

 

I need help to enhance the Email Request functionnality.

 

Ideally, we are looking for something which allows us to separate mails which created a request in the project from those which has no created a ticket.

 

In the email box, we find all mails in "readed status".

I'm looking on a way to forward/classify mails in the box which have not created requests to create them manually. 

We do not want to open our plateform (public signup) which could solve our problem. That why I need help to enhance the functionnality.

 

I'm also looking for the mail listener event which read the sender from the email and take the decision to create or ignore the email. With the right event, I can develop a little script to send back an email to the box to trigger a rule.
