What does the JSD automation rule condition exactly tests?
Why do I ask? Because I have a customer user, for whom this condition "user is not an agent" says "false". And I can't find the problem: The user is neither in a Service Desk role nor it has application permission for service desk or jira core.
Hi Joachim,
I habe the same problem. I noted, that it happens if a user has no access to an issue. If he has, e.g. is added to Request participants, Automation evaluates the condition correct. As workaround I used two conditions: one with "User has no access" and another with "User is not an agent". I will ask Support about an issue with User is not an agent.
