JSD queue showing issues from two different JSD projects

We have two JSD projects that are used by two different clients.

But I have a single agents team that deal with both clients.

So, I would like to see the issues from both JSD in a single queue in one of such JSD projects.

I tried to create a queue with the option "project = JSD1 and project = JSD2", but without success.

Can someone help, please?

Thanks in advance.

Antonio.

there is an addon apps that can do this as I understand but I have not personally used and of them. If you want free then you can consider stepping away from the OOTB queues and use a dashboard and/or kanban board for your agent.

Hi, @Jack Brickey .

I really thought about the Kanban (or even use a Structure from the Structure app - a really great app that we are used to) but I'm still making efforts on give this view to the agent inside the JSD project.

BTW, thanks for the suggestion: "Queues For Jira Service Desk" will fit, if our client decides to go this way.

Greetings.

Antonio
